Sunway Property celebrated Chinese New Year with Treasures of Togetherness
To usher in the year of the Ox, Sunway Property welcomed the Lunar New Year with Treasures of Togetherness. As many had to celebrate the festive season away from their loved ones due to the pandemic, the purpose of this theme is to show that one can still celebrate the New Year with their loved ones together while staying apart.
The theme is focused on the three treasures that the festive season is worth celebrating for – Fun, Prosperity and Memories.
During the campaign, Sunway Property organised three social media contests where participants could win home RM 50 in Touch n’Go, Shopee or Grab credits. The three social media contests were “MemoriesBetterShared”, “JoyBetterShared” and “FoodBetterShared”.
To top it all off, those who participated in all three contests also stood a chance to win home a Dyson Pure Cool Me (worth RM 1,699).
Other than that, to create further awareness for the festive campaign, Sunway Property also collaborated with three influencers to share their “Treasures of Togetherness”.

Klang Valley Business Update Meeting (BUM)
Adapting to the new normal, the central region held a virtual Business Update Meeting among their internal staff on 23rd February 2021. The Virtual Business Update Meeting was held via Microsoft Teams and consisted of 204 attendees. The objective of this meeting was to update the staff in central region about the business plans alongside the celebration of Chinese New Year.
Hosted by the HR department of Sunway Property, the highlights of the meeting were a short opening speech by Ms Sarena Cheah, Managing Director of Sunway’s Property Division, the regional briefing by Mr Chong Sau Min, the Executive Director of Central Region for the Property Development Division as well as the closing remarks by Mr Lum Tuck Ming, Deputy Managing Director for Sunway’s Property Development Division.
Towards the end of the meeting, a few lucky winners were also selected for participating in the Chinese New Year contests organised in conjunction with the festive season. Each of them won home either Aeon Vouchers or Grab Vouchers based on their selection. In addition, in recognition of the Social Linkage Team, each member was also awarded Mi Earbuds for their hard work and dedication in organizing various events in previous years.
